Remember when you were young and couldn’t wait to go to the park or your best friend’s backyard to play on the swing set or jungle gym? That feeling of invincibility and freedom as you hang from the monkey bars and fly as high as the swing (or your parents) would let you. Imagine experiencing that feeling all over again, as an adult in the privacy of your own home or the studio with a group of your friends.
What to Expect
When you first arrive at a pole party, there is a nervous and excited feeling anticipating the night ahead. You grab a seat on our super comfy mats anticipating what's to come, relaxing, laughing and feeling a little silly already.
Then its time to start. One-by-one, each guest gets the chance to become familiar with the pole and the freedom that it brings you. It becomes addictive and you want more time with the pole. We take everyone through a variety of moves starting with something fun and basic and working up to more difficult moves as they become more comfortable, and then we put them all together. Your girlfriends and the party presenter are supporting and cheering you on the whole time. It is exhilarating, empowering, and most of all a lot of FUN!
We have so much responsibility in our lives that it is nice to let go and just enjoy the way our bodies move and the positive energy of your girlfriends. It is an experience like no other and you will easily become a pole party enthusiast.

- Length: A typical party lasts 1 hour, depending on number of attendee's. Time pending, we also incorporate a mini-lap dance lesson for participants to take home!
- Location: The studio is located close to a number of bars and nightclubs, some of which we partner with who offer Cheeky Girls special benefits. We offer different parties inside & outside the studio, as well as continue to travel to Toronto (homes & hotel rooms), Oakville, Peterborough, Belleville, Mississauga, etc ...
